I also encourage you to invest in a number of personal training sessions which will reward you with fast results in a short space of time.
Once a week with a personal trainer is fine but limited if you are wanting positive gains.
2/3 sessions a week is perfect and I will reward you with a great price for your investment that will not burn your pocket.
